What should I do if my product is damaged or incomplete?

You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product, whether it’s due to manufacturing defects or damage during transport.

If you notice visible damage to the product or packaging when it arrives, it’s important to note this on the delivery receipt, especially for bulky items like sofas or microcement tables.

Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used or if the issue is reported after the 48-hour period.

Make sure to keep the original packaging or one that provides adequate protection, including the pallet if your item was delivered on one.
